Batman’s Good Food and Convenience is located between Pine and Mingo in a busy commercial industrial area of North Tulsa. Batman’s has become known for his outreach to the less fortunate during the holiday season by serving free Thanksgiving dinners and donating their fuel profits to local charities such as the Salvation Army and John 3:16. Their success and outreach exemplifies the spirit of the 504 loan program. In 1997, SBCC provided an SBA 504 loan to finance the construction of the convenience store and restaurant.

Grigsby’s Carpet Showroom, Inc. is a full service floor covering company specializing in carpet and ceramic tile. In addition to retail sales they do a significant amount of homebuilder and commercial business.
